Full and Free Refunds

  • We offer full and free refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of flight booking.

Refunds After 24 Hours

  • After 24 hours, all refunds are subject to the airline carrier's refund policies and the ticket conditions at the time of booking.
  • BonBook may charge a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds, in addition to any fees imposed by the airlines.

2. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

  • We encourage you to contact us directly at support@bonbook.co to resolve any issues or disputes informally.

Binding Arbitration

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Users agree to waive their right to participate in class actions.
