Welcome to BonBook, a member-only travel service provided by Tuvala, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
BonBook offers a personalized travel agent service, including but not limited to travel searches, suggestions, booking, check-in, management, monitoring, delay-mitigation and 24/7 agentic and human customer support.
2. Member Responsibilities
- Members must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding and payment process.
- Members are responsible for reviewing and accepting any and all terms and conditions from travel providers, including but not limited to ticket terms and baggage policies.
- Members must ensure they have valid travel documents and comply with immigration and customs regulations.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for travel bookings must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Bonbook accepts credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and other payment methods as available.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of their respective airlines and travel partners.
- BonBook will never charge a service fee for cancellations and changes, but members may be subject to additional fees charged by travel providers, depending on their ticket terms.
- To request a cancellation or refund, send a request to the Bon travel agent directly, contact us at support@bonbook.co, or reach out to the carrier.
5. Promotions and Discounts
- Promotions, discounts and risk-free offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- BonBook reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
- BonBook is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or travel partners. However, we are here to help 24/7, we will do everything we can to resolve issues proactively and we will work with you and the carrier to minimze disruptions and save you time and money.
- Members agree to indemnify and hold BonBook harmless from any claims arising from their use of our services.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- BonBook members agree to waive their right to participate in class actions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- BonBook reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
